Valuable parcel of agricultural lands extending to approx. C.21.76 acres with road frontage onto the Carrive Road and Carrigans Pass, Silverbridge.

The lands will be sold in two lots.

Lot 1: C.5.85 acres on Carrigans Pass. Guide Price: £85,000.

Lot 2: C.15.91 acres on Carrive Road. Guide Price: £225,000.

There are basic payment entitlements with the lands. The current entitlement is £232.64 per hectare for all eligible lands subject to Dept. of Agriculture minimum 9% reduction in 2025. The appropriate amount will be transferred to the successful buyer when the trading window opens in March 2025.
